Mindset Matters: Getting Out of Your Own Way in Business

Presented by Jeanette Johnston, founder of Jeanette Johnston Mindset Coaching for Business. Running a small business means making constant decisions and pushing through challenges—but often the biggest barrier isn’t external, it’s mindset. Many entrepreneurs struggle with imposter syndrome, delegation, or feeling stuck due to “not enough time.” These are rarely strategy problems—they’re unconscious mindset blocks. This interactive 2-hour workshop introduces Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) techniques to help business owners identify and shift the patterns holding them back. Participants will work through a real challenge, reframe their thinking, and leave with renewed clarity and SMART goals to move forward with confidence.
