Mindset Matters: Getting Out of Your Own Way in Business

January 21 |10:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Running a small business means constantly solving problems, making decisions, and pushing through resistance. But what if the biggest challenge isn't out there—it's in the way you think?

Many entrepreneurs struggle with imposter syndrome, difficulty delegating, or feel stuck because "there’s never enough time" to work on the business. These are often not strategy problems, but mindset blocks rooted in the unconscious mind.

This interactive 2-hour workshop introduces business owners to Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) techniques to help identify and shift the unconscious patterns that hold them back. Participants will bring a real challenge they're blocked by and learn tools to reframe their thinking and move into effective action,

leaving with renewed clarity and a set of SMART goals aligned with a more empowered mindset.

Key Takeaways for Business Owners

✔ Understand how unconscious patterns create mental blocks around delegation, growth, and time.
✔ Learn how to reframe thoughts that trigger procrastination, imposter syndrome, or overwhelm.
✔ Discover how to shift into productive, confident emotional states on demand.
✔ Set clear, meaningful goals that support personal and business progress.
