We understand the importance of confidentiality particularly when ideas have not yet been released to the market and are committed to protecting your privacy. A single call may offer resources to help you move forward or you may wish to book a series of sessions... we are here to help you as needed.
Initial consultations are complimentary, with a reasonable fee for assisted services and individualized coaching in specific circumstances. See fee-based services below for more information.

Fee-Based Services
As a non-profit program, Enterprise Renfrew County offers complimentary/free initial consultations to identify business start-up, growth, and goal related needs. Periodically these needs require comprehensive, deep-dive assisted service support for which reasonable fees are applied. For more information view options below:
Existing businesses may require a business plan to support strategic development and financing applications. This service includes a video learning module to guide you through the process of writing a full business plan including executive summary, market research, risk management and more. Additionally, the plan draft will be reviewed by our expert team offering comprehensive feedback and suggestions to enhance the plan as well as light editing.
Plan $75; Bus/Fin plan combo $150
Cash flow projections strategically assess the viability of business operational models from a financial perspective and support applications for financing. This service includes a video learning module to guide you through determining product/service categories and price points, estimating operational costs, and capital asset needs. Support includes a live TEAMS meeting with an advisor to refine your plan for accuracy, conservative, and realistic estimates.
Cash Flow $75; Bus/Fin combo $150
Are you located just outside of Renfrew County though conduct much of your business in the region?
ERC aims to refer to the Small Business Centre serving your home region while recognizing your business activities may include Renfrew County. Initial consultations are complimentary and warm-handshake referrals will be made to your regional SBEC. However, if you would like to leverage ERC coaching, a sliding scale of fees is based on length of consultation. 30/60/90 minutes for $25/50/75 per consultation.
