This business coaching program is designed for any business owner interested in acquiring assistance, coaching and accountability to identify areas of growth and stability opportunities within their business.
Participants will come away from this program with a solid understanding of vital business growth techniques in marketing, team development, KPI's and more.
Each participant will create a customized 90-day plan to achieve solutions, stability and growth in their business.
This program will require a growth mindset, an ability to accept accountability, a thirst for knowledge and a desire to be the owner of a more stable and successful business.
Who Can Benefit From This Program?
Any business owner, regardless of the number of years of business experience, who is interested in achieving greater growth and stability and recovery in their business. Attendees will be successful when they attend with a positive growth mindset, the understanding of the power of accountability, the ability to work “ON” their business for an hour or two between sessions and are willing to become part of a group of like-minded business owners looking to support each other to achieve great results.

Session #1: Monday June 14th @ 9:00 AM: Participants in this session will be coached on the 4 foundational elements required to build a “Profitable, Stable and Sustainable business Independent of the Owner”. Attendees will be required to create a company Vision, Mission and Culture points, develop and understand their break-even point financially, understand the daily habits required to be a successful business owner and implement systems to create “Profitable Delivery” in their business.
Session #2: Monday June 21st @ 9:00 AM: Participants will build a complete marketing framework from determining their “Why”, to a strong USP & Guarantee which is the baseline of all marketing messaging, and to finally create a structured 10x10 12 month marketing plan. This plan, once created and executed, will be essential to recovering from any downturn in their business and position for future growth.
Session #3: Money June 28th @ 9:00 AM: Participants will be coached on and will build a procedure to systematically transform leads to customers and ultimately to Raving Fans. They will also learn the 5 elements required to grow profits in any business and apply these to their existing 12 month marketing plan.
Session #4: Monday July 5th @ 9:00 AM: Participants will be coached on the “Identity Iceberg” to understand the internal areas of a business owner that are required to address change in order to develop different decisions, actions and behaviours. They will also be coached on the formula for change and use it to overcome the resistance to change and apply this skill to becoming a more successful business owner.
Session #5: Monday July 12 @ 9:00 AM: Participants will learn the 4 Elements to create a “Profitable, Stable and Sustainable Business Independent of the Owner”. They will begin the Quarterly Club workshop designed to evaluate every area of their business and upon completion will have created 2-3 WIGs (wildly important goals) and their associated plans scheduled out over the following 90 days.
Session #6: Monday July 19th @ 9:00 AM: Participants will continue to work on and will complete their Quarterly Club workshops.
Session #7: Monday July 26th @ 9:00 AM: Participants will learn ”The Four Disciplines of Execution” and apply this system to their Quarterly Club WIGs to greatly assist the business owner in successfully executing their newly created 90-day business growth plan.
