Diamonds in the Rough Collectibles was a retail business that provided a range of products/collectables that were purchased through wholesalers, flea markets, garage sales and auctions. 

Using the virtual auction service, Ebay, the items were auctioned off going to the highest bidder. Matthew's business was conducted from his home located in Fitzroy Harbour, Ontario. 

“Through the assistance of the Summer Company Program, along with the continued guidance and help provided by the mentors, I was able to make my business dreams come true,” says Matthew. “The interaction with the other students during our bi-weekly meetings also allowed me to gain valuable business lessons.”
