The Mentorship Program is introducing one-to-one mentoring as well as group mentoring both methods supporting their own strategies. Mentors and Protégés will be screened and interviewed for their contribution to the program. This same system will be used to match mentors and protégés for maximum results.

 

It is with great pleasure that we are announcing that the project is ahead of schedule! Our team has come together with the decision to introduce a ‘pilot’ segment into the timelines. This pilot segment will be created using a group mentoring model session for the short term. Our objective for this task is to get the word out there about how great this program is and the actual benefits that will be created by participating.

Mentors can participate in the Program within different levels of commitments through Summer Company or as a Registered Mentor with an assigned Protégé(s). The benefits to the Mentor are endless they can range from increasing your volunteer commitment to social and professional networking prospects.

 

For a Protégé to be able to “tap” into the wisdom and experience that a Mentor can offer enables a Protégé to develop at a much faster rate.

 

Enterprise Renfrew County respectively recognizes the potential and importance of our local Professionals and their contribution, we are encouraging them to join as members of the Mentorship Program. The services provided by this professional program are “free of charge” for accepted members to the program.

 

What we need from all of you are referrals for mentors that we could approach. We would also like to extend an invitation for potential protégés that you feel could benefit from this great opportunity.
