Enterprise Renfrew County is proud to bring you a half day workshop on "Social Media 101 for Your Not-for-Profit". This workshop will be offered at the Eagle's Nest, (above the arena), in Eganville, on February 16th, 2012.
Carolann Barton owner of The Social Media Company will be the presenter she is a Social Media educator, consultant and programmer. Her business works with business people to help them understand the power of social media marketing and to help them take the first steps to establish an online presence for their business, product or personality. Carolann has a background in marketing and public relations that includes work with The Royal Bank, United Parcel Service, The Beer Store and United Way.

Social Media 101 for your Not-for-Profit will teach you the basic principles and programs to get your organization on the social media map. Working at a manageable pace and providing lots of handouts, this course will leave you with the knowledge and know how to: understand the basics of Facebook, Twitter and Youtube, establish dynamic profiles, find your community and start engaging with your followers.
